Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in dismantling or mechanical work preferred
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Physical strength and stamina to lift heavy parts and equipment
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Basic knowledge of automotive or industrial equipment is a plus

Responsibilities:
- Dismantle various types of equipment according to safety guidelines
- Sort and organize parts for recycling or resale
- Use hand and power tools to remove parts from equipment
- Inspect parts for damage or wear and report any findings
- Keep work area clean and organized at all times
- Work efficiently to meet production goals
