As a Teamlead, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of employees, ensuring that they are meeting their goals and deadlines, and providing guidance and support when needed.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of employees, providing guidance, support, and feedback
- Create and implement strategies to improve team productivity and efficiency
- Monitor team progress and ensure that goals and deadlines are being met
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication
- Conduct performance evaluations for team members and provide constructive feedback
- Handle any conflicts or issues within the team in a professional manner
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve processes

Requirements:
- Must be an Indian national with valid visa sponsorship for working in Vianden
- Previous experience as a Teamlead or similar leadership role in a professional setting
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with project management software is preferred but not required

Salary:
Salary for this part-time position is 1100$ per month.
