Industrial Architect



We are seeking a skilled and experienced Industrial Architect to join our team in Siauliai, Lithuania. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings and structures. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400$ per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and requirements for industrial building projects
- Create detailed architectural plans and designs using specialized software
- Ensure that all designs comply with building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that all plans are executed accurately and efficiently
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, resolve any issues, and make necessary adjustments to designs if needed
- Communicate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the construction process
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, new materials, and technologies related to industrial architecture

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial architecture projects
- Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations
- Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preference will be given to candidates who have experience working on industrial projects in Lithuania. Accommodation can be provided for candidates who are not from Siauliai. We welcome applications from all nationalities but fluency in English is required.
