Job Title: Architectural Technologist - Las Vegas, USA

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team in Las Vegas. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for creating technical drawings and plans for architectural projects, working closely with architects and engineers to ensure that designs are accurate and feasible.

Responsibilities:
- Create technical drawings and plans for architectural projects using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure designs meet client requirements and adhere to building codes
- Conduct site visits to gather information for project planning and design
- Prepare material lists, cost estimates, and construction schedules
- Review and modify existing designs to improve functionality or meet changing requirements
- Ensure all drawings and plans are accurate, complete, and in compliance with company standards

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficiency in CAD software
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary: $1300 per month

Location: Las Vegas

Preference will be given to Indian candidates who are fluent in English. Accommodation, visa sponsorship, and round-trip flight ticket will be provided.
