Smelter Operator

In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining smelting equipment in a fast-paced production environment. Your main duties will include monitoring and adjusting furnace temperature and pressure, loading and unloading materials, conducting quality control checks, and troubleshooting equipment issues. You will also be responsible for adhering to safety protocols and keeping accurate records of production. The ideal candidate should have physical stamina, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a team. Prior experience in smelting or metalworking is preferred but not required. This position is suitable for male candidates who are able to work in Malindi with visa sponsorship. No English proficiency is required for this role.
