Land Surveyor

As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys and analyzing data regarding land boundaries, topography, and features. You will work closely with engineers, architects, and construction teams to ensure accurate measurements and provide necessary information for project planning and development.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using various tools such as GPS, total stations, and drones
- Analyze survey data to determine property boundaries, topography, and other relevant features
- Prepare detailed reports and maps based on survey findings
- Collaborate with engineers and architects to provide accurate data for project planning
- Communicate with construction teams to ensure proper implementation of survey data
- Keep up-to-date on industry standards, laws, regulations, and technology related to land surveying
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols during field work

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in land surveying
- Proficiency in using GPS, total stations, and other surveying tools
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to land surveying
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively with team members and clients
- Ability to manage time effectively and work independently or as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working on construction projects or with engineering firms
- Familiarity with AutoCAD or other drafting programs
- Experience working in a multicultural environment

This is a full-time position based in Jeddah. Salary is $1300 per month. We welcome candidates from all nationalities but prefer Pakistani or Filipino candidates who are fluent in English. Visa sponsorship may be provided for the right candidate. Accommodation may also be provided depending on the candidate's needs.
