Finishing Technician


A leading construction company in Jerusalem is seeking a skilled Finishing Technician to join our team. As a Finisher, you will be responsible for completing the final touches on construction projects, ensuring they meet the highest quality standards. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1100 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Perform final finishing tasks such as sanding, painting, staining, and varnishing
- Inspect completed work to ensure it meets company and industry standards
- Repair any imperfections or defects in the finishing process
- Coordinate with project managers and other team members to ensure timely completion of projects
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience in finishing or related field
- Strong attention to detail and quality control skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Basic knowledge of construction materials and techniques
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects as needed
- Excellent time management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working on commercial or residential construction projects in Jerusalem or surrounding areas
- Knowledge of multiple finishing techniques such as plastering, tiling, or wallpapering
- Ability to communicate effectively in English (Hebrew is a plus)
- Valid driver's license
