Waiter/Waitress at a Fine Dining Restaurant in Atlanta


We are searching for a skilled and efficient Waiter/Waitress to join our team at a highly esteemed fine dining restaurant in Atlanta. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in a high-end restaurant environment and possess excellent communication and customer service skills. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for taking food and drink orders, serving customers, and ensuring their overall satisfaction with their dining experience. This is a full-time position with a salary of $900 per month, along with free visa and ticket provided.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly upon arrival and escort them to their tables
- Present menus, answer questions about menu items, make recommendations, and take food and drink orders
- Serve food and beverages promptly to customers while adhering to all safety guidelines
- Check on customers regularly to ensure they are satisfied with their meals and address any issues promptly
- Take payment from customers using cash or credit card transactions
- Maintain a clean dining area by clearing tables, cleaning spills, and arranging table settings for the next guests

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a high-end restaurant setting is preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of additional languages is an advantage)
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
