We are searching for a skilled and experienced Slinger to join our team in Mombasa, Kenya. As a Slinger, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient movement of materials on construction sites. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1500$.

Responsibilities:
- Operate cranes and other lifting equipment to move materials on construction sites
- Attach loads to rigging to ensure safe transportation
- Direct workers on the ground using hand signals or radio communication
- Inspect rigging equipment and report any defects or damages
- Ensure all safety regulations and procedures are followed at all times
- Maintain accurate records of materials moved and hours worked

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Slinger in the construction industry
- Knowledge of different types of cranes and lifting equipment
- Excellent communication skills and ability to give clear hand signals
- Physically fit and able to work in various weather conditions
- Attention to detail and strong focus on safety protocols

This position is specifically open for Indian nationals who have experience working as a Slinger. Fluency in English is not required, however basic communication skills would be beneficial.
