Head Baker
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Head Baker to lead our bakery team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated and talented individual with a passion for baking and creating delicious treats. As the Head Baker, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the bakery, including production, quality control, inventory management, and staff training. You must have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role and be able to manage a team effectively. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1000 per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all bakery operations including production, quality control, inventory management, and staff training
- Create new and innovative recipes while maintaining the quality of existing products
- Ensure that all products meet food safety standards and regulations
- Manage inventory levels to minimize waste and maintain cost-effectiveness
- Train and mentor bakery staff on proper techniques and procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Head Baker or similar position
- Excellent knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment
- Ability to create new recipes while maintaining high-quality standards
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Good communication skills in English (knowledge of Hindi or other Indian languages is a plus)
- Must be legally eligible to work in Sharjah
