Job Title: Concrete Worker

A reputable construction company in Vilnius is seeking a skilled and experienced Concrete Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and proven experience in all aspects of concrete work. The role will involve pouring, smoothing, and finishing concrete for various projects such as foundations, sidewalks, and driveways. The successful candidate must be physically fit and able to work in various weather conditions. Indian nationals with a valid biometric passport are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare worksite by setting up necessary equipment and materials
- Measure and pour concrete according to project specifications
- Smooth out surfaces using hand or power tools
- Finish surfaces by applying sealants or waterproofing materials
- Monitor curing process and make adjustments as necessary
- Follow safety procedures at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in concrete work
- Ability to read blueprints and follow project plans
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials and work on your feet for extended periods
- Familiarity with different types of concrete and their uses
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Indian nationality preferred with a valid biometric passport
- Must have a good command of English

Salary: $1000 per month (negotiable based on experience)
