Land Surveyor

Our company is seeking an experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Al Buraymi. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting land surveys and preparing detailed reports for construction projects and land development. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of surveying principles and techniques, as well as excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1800$, without accommodation, but with visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys of land using various tools and equipment
- Prepare detailed reports on survey findings
- Create maps, plans, and charts based on survey data
- Analyze data to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies
- Communicate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to provide updates on survey progress
- Maintain accurate records of survey results and data
- Adhere to safety standards and protocols while conducting surveys

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Land Surveyor
- Proficient in the use of surveying tools such as Total Stations and GPS equipment
- Strong understanding of surveying principles and techniques
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Preferred qualifications:
- Professional Surveyor license/certification
from recognized organization
- Experience with AutoCAD or other mapping software
- Fluency in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
