We are seeking a skilled and passionate Barista to join our team in Manama, Bahrain. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and other beverages to our customers. This is an excellent opportunity for a talented individual with a passion for coffee and customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, smoothies, and juices
- Ensure consistency in the quality of drinks served
- Follow health and safety guidelines for food handling and preparation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including equipment, tables, and counters
- Take customer orders accurately and provide friendly and efficient service
- Handle cash transactions using the POS system
- Promote special drinks or menu items to customers
- Communicate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Barista or similar role
- Knowledge of different types of coffee beans, brewing methods, latte art, etc.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly manner
- Strong communication skills in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)
- Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays if needed
