Barista (Contract)



We are seeking a skilled and passionate Barista to join our team in Manama on a contract basis. As a Barista, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving high-quality coffee and other beverages, and ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the café.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Take and process orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, etc.
- Ensure all drinks are prepared to company standards
- Maintain cleanliness of the café, including counters, equipment, and seating area
- Restock supplies as needed
- Handle cash transactions with customers using POS system
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Barista is preferred but not required
- Excellent customer service skills
- Knowledge of different types of coffee drinks and their preparation techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Working Conditions:
This is a contract position with a salary of 1600$ per month. The working hours will be determined based on the needs of the café but may include evenings, weekends, and holidays. The ideal candidate should be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
