Construction Manager - Bungoma, Canada


We are in search of a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to oversee our projects in Bungoma, Canada. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating and supervising all aspects of our construction projects, from start to finish. You will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, along with at least 5 years of experience in construction management. You should have excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as strong project management abilities. Knowledge of local building codes and regulations is also required.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and schedule construction projects according to budget and timeline
- Oversee all on-site activities including material procurement, subcontractor management and quality control
- Monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure project stays on track
- Communicate regularly with clients, contractors and team members to provide updates on project status
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols
- Manage project budget, including cost estimation and cost control measures
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management
- Strong leadership skills with ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in project management software
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
