Entry-level Industrial Painter

Our company, located in Malindi, is seeking an entry-level Industrial Painter to join our team. This position is perfect for students or individuals without prior experience in the field. As an Industrial Painter, you will be responsible for applying paint and coatings to various industrial surfaces using a variety of techniques and equipment. This role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work well in a team environment.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and filling holes or cracks
- Mix and match paint colors to achieve desired results
- Apply paint or other coatings using brushes, rollers, or spray guns
- Ensure proper coverage and smooth finish on all surfaces
- Follow safety procedures and wear protective gear at all times
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided
- Physically fit with the ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions closely
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Basic English proficiency (preferred)
