We are a construction company based in Las Vegas and we are seeking a skilled Plasterer to join our team. As a Plasterer, you will be responsible for preparing and applying plaster to various surfaces such as walls, ceilings, and other structures.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for plastering by removing old paint, wallpaper or debris
- Mix and apply plaster to surfaces using hand tools or spray equipment
- Smooth and level plaster to achieve desired finish
- Create decorative textures on walls and ceilings using specialized tools
- Repair cracks or holes in existing plaster
- Follow safety procedures when working at heights or with hazardous materials

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Plasterer
- Knowledge of different types of plaster and their application techniques
- Ability to read blueprints and follow construction plans
- Attention to detail and ability to produce smooth finishes
- Physical stamina for standing, bending, climbing ladders and carrying heavy materials
- Safety-conscious mindset
