Job Title: Sales Manager - Los Angeles, USA
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of sales representatives to achieve company sales targets. Your main duties will include developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet company targets
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competition and customer needs to identify new business opportunities
- Train, mentor and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team goals
- Manage key client accounts and build strong relationships with customers
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to the team members
- Develop pricing policies and negotiate contracts with clients
- Oversee the preparation of sales reports, forecasts, budgets, and other related documents
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and production to ensure efficient operations
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role in the sales field
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards achieving goals
- Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English
- Bachelorβs degree in Business Administration or relevant field
Salary: $900 per month (with potential for commission)
