Indian Administrator in Sofia
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Indian Administrator to join our team in Sofia. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for managing administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This is a full time position with a salary of 1700$. English language skills are not required for this role.
Responsibilities:
- Managing office supplies and inventory
- Handling incoming and outgoing communication, including emails, calls, and mail
- Organizing and scheduling meetings and appointments
- Maintaining accurate records and databases
- Assisting with basic financial tasks such as invoicing and budget tracking
- Coordinating travel arrangements for employees
- Providing general administrative support to the team
Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- Proven experience as an administrator or similar role
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
