Surveyor - Land Development
Location: Las Vegas, USA


We are in search of a skilled and experienced Surveyor to join our land development team in Las Vegas. As a Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine property boundaries, topographic features, and construction layout. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of surveying principles and techniques, as well as experience with equipment such as total stations and GPS. You must also have excellent communication skills and be able to work independently or as part of a team. This position is urgent and requires immediate availability. Visa sponsorship is provided for qualified candidates.

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1100 per week.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Surveyor in land development
- Proficiency with surveying equipment such as total stations and GPS
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field preferred
- Knowledge of surveying principles and techniques
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Must be able to start immediately

Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys to determine property boundaries, topographic features, and construction layout
- Utilize surveying equipment such as total stations and GPS
- Prepare detailed survey reports and drawings
- Communicate with team members to coordinate surveying activities
- Ensure accuracy of data collected during surveys
- Adhere to safety protocols at all times while working on job sites
