We are seeking a friendly and professional Seasonal Concierge to join our team in Malindi, Kenya. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and assisting them with their needs during their stay. This is a seasonal job, perfect for those who are looking for temporary work.

Requirements:
- Must be fluent in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Previous experience as a concierge or in customer service is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Must be willing to work on weekends and holidays

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
- Provide information about local attractions, restaurants, and events
- Make reservations for guests at restaurants or activities upon request
- Handle guest complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Arrange transportation for guests as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the concierge desk area

Salary: 1500$ per month (accommodation provided)
