Experienced Baker - Nizwa, Oman


We are in search of an experienced Baker to join our team in Nizwa, Oman. As a Baker, you will be responsible for crafting delicious and high-quality baked goods for our customers. We are looking for candidates who have experience working in a fast-paced bakery environment and have a passion for creating mouth-watering treats.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, cakes, and other baked goods according to recipes
- Measure and mix ingredients accurately
- Monitor ovens and adjust baking times as needed
- Decorate and finish products with toppings or fillings as required
- Ensure all products meet quality standards before being served to customers
- Keep work area clean and sanitized at all times
- Take inventory of supplies and inform management when items need to be restocked

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Baker in a fast-paced bakery or restaurant environment
- Knowledge of different baking techniques and methods
- Ability to read and follow recipes accurately
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Strong attention to detail with high standards for product quality
- Good physical stamina as the job requires standing for long periods of time, lifting heavy objects, and working in hot temperatures
- Flexibility to work early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with Middle Eastern or Malayalee cuisine is highly desirable
- Ability to communicate in Malayalam or Arabic is an advantage
- Valid residency visa for Oman
