Remote Moderator (Utena, Lithuania)


We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Remote Moderator to join our growing team in Utena, Lithuania. As a Remote Moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing online communities and social media platforms to ensure compliance with company policies and standards. This is a remote position, so you can work from the comfort of your own home.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor online communities and social media platforms for any violations of company policies or standards
- Respond promptly to user inquiries, comments, and complaints in a professional and friendly manner
- Investigate any reported incidents and take appropriate action according to company guidelines
- Work closely with the content team to ensure high-quality content is being published on the platform
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in community management

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a community manager or moderator
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with diverse groups of people
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and online communities
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
- Familiarity with content management systems is a plus

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or a related field
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required; knowledge of other languages is a plus
- Experience working remotely preferred but not required

Salary:
$1100 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location:
This is a remote position based in Utena, Lithuania. Candidates from other countries will also be considered.
