As a Moderator, you will be responsible for facilitating discussions and maintaining a positive atmosphere on online forums and social media platforms. Your main goal will be to ensure that all members of the community feel safe, engaged, and respected.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor discussions and user-generated content on various online platforms
- Enforce community guidelines and policies to maintain a respectful environment
- Respond to member inquiries and concerns in a timely manner
- Identify and escalate any issues or violations to the appropriate department
- Foster engagement by creating interesting and relevant discussions
- Collaborate with other moderators to develop strategies for community growth
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and changes in social media platforms

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
- Excellent communication skills, especially in conflict resolution
- Prior experience moderating online communities is preferred
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their functionalities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Able to handle sensitive topics with tact and empathy

Salary:
$1800 per month
