Collections Specialist (English Speaking)

We are hiring a Collections Specialist to join our team in Nakuru. As a Collector, you will be responsible for managing and collecting overdue payments from customers while maintaining positive customer relationships. You must have experience in collections and possess excellent communication skills to effectively negotiate payment plans and resolve any issues that may arise. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1700$. Preference will be given to Canadian or Filipino nationals, but all English-speaking applicants are welcome to apply. Accommodation will not be provided.
