Restaurant Manager


As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our restaurant in Al-Kuwait. You will oversee the entire staff and ensure that all processes and procedures are followed to provide exceptional customer service and maintain high-quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the restaurant, including staff, inventory, and budget
- Train new employees and ensure that all employees follow proper procedures
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery
- Create work schedules for staff and ensure adequate coverage during peak hours
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
- Ensure that food quality is up to standard and maintain cleanliness of the restaurant
- Develop promotional strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones
- Conduct regular meetings with staff to address any issues or concerns
- Prepare reports on sales, expenses, and profits for upper management

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in a similar establishment
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train employees
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and health codes
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Must be legally eligible to work in Al-Kuwait

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1300$ per month.
