Sales Manager (Pakistani Nationals) - Contract with Accommodation in Akron, USA


We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in Akron, USA. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by developing and implementing effective sales strategies. This is a contract position with accommodation provided.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and targets
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with potential clients
- Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential risks and opportunities
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts to track progress and make data-driven decisions
- Train, mentor, and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Sales Manager or relevant role in the same industry (minimum of 3 years)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership abilities with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- In-depth knowledge of market trends, products, and competitors in the industry
- Ability to analyze data, identify areas for improvement, and implement effective strategies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Pakistani nationality preferred but not required

Salary:
