We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks on our properties. This position is open to Kenyan nationals who are fluent in English and have experience in handyman work.

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, and electrical repairs
- Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and systems for any issues
- Respond to repair requests from tenants or management in a timely manner
- Keep track of inventory and purchase necessary supplies for repairs
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards on the properties
- Coordinate with contractors or other service providers when needed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience as a handyman or similar role
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Strong knowledge of various repair techniques and tools
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent time-management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Good physical stamina to handle demanding tasks

Salary:
This position offers a competitive salary of $1500 per month.
