Factory Line Worker



A well-established factory in Mombasa is seeking hardworking and dedicated individuals to join our team as Factory Line Workers. As a Factory Line Worker, you will be responsible for operating machinery, assembling products, and ensuring the overall efficiency of the production line.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate machinery on the production line to ensure smooth functioning
- Monitor product quality and report any defects or issues
- Assemble products according to company standards and specifications
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment at all times
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures while handling machinery
- Meet daily production targets and deadlines set by management
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve common goals
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing tasks as needed

Requirements:

- Must be fluent in English (both written and verbal)
- Indian nationality preferred, but not mandatory
- No prior experience required, training will be provided
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Physically fit and able to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods of time
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends if needed

Salary:

The salary for this position is 1300$ per month.

Location:

The factory is located in Mombasa, Kenya.
