Factory Line Worker


We are hiring a skilled Factory Line Worker to join our manufacturing team in Mombasa. As a Factory Line Worker, you will be responsible for operating machinery, assembling products and handling materials to ensure the smooth and efficient production of goods. The ideal candidate will have experience in a factory or production setting and be physically fit to perform manual labor tasks.

Responsibilities:
- Operate machinery on the production line to assemble products
- Monitor the production process and quality control to ensure efficiency and accuracy
- Handle raw materials and finished products, including loading and unloading from trucks
- Inspect products for defects or damages before packaging for shipment
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety regulations are met
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production targets
- Perform routine maintenance on machinery and report any issues or malfunctions promptly

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Proven experience as a Factory Line Worker or similar role in a factory setting
- Physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the day
- Familiarity with operating machinery, such as conveyor belts or forklifts, preferred but not required
- Basic math skills for measuring materials accurately
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Must have own visa/work permit (Pakistani nationality preferred)
- Fluency in English (written and verbal) required

Salary:
This position offers a salary of $1400 per month.
