Construction Manager - Indian Nationals (El-Ain, UAE)


We are in search of an experienced and dynamic Construction Manager to join our growing team in El-Ain, UAE. As an Indian national, you will be responsible for managing construction projects and ensuring their timely completion within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of all construction activities on site
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to project timelines and budget
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Address any issues or delays that may arise during the construction process
- Prepare progress reports and present them to management as required
- Manage the procurement of materials and equipment required for each project
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Manager in the UAE or GCC region
- Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from start to finish within budget and on time
- Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications
