Construction Project Manager



We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team in El-Ain. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. This includes planning, budgeting, scheduling, and managing resources to ensure timely and successful project completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. This is a contract position with a salary of $1000 per month. Visa sponsorship is provided, but accommodation will not be provided. Women are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage construction projects from conception to completion.
- Create project timelines, budgets, and schedules.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed.
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
- Communicate project updates to stakeholders.
- Manage project budget and resources.
- Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans.
- Oversee quality control of materials and workmanship.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead a team effectively.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in project management software such as Primavera or MS Project.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Construction Management or related field.
- Experience working on large-scale construction projects in the Middle East region.
