Construction Project Manager


We are in need of a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team in El-Ain. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. This includes project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and managing the construction team.

Salary:
1300$ per month

Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- No English language proficiency required
- Previous experience in construction management is not necessary
- Must have visa sponsorship or be willing to obtain one
- Women are encouraged to apply for this position

Responsibilities:
- Plan and oversee construction projects from beginning to end
- Develop project budgets and schedules
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project success
- Monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to meet project timelines
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Communicate regularly with clients regarding project updates and progress
- Manage construction team including hiring, training, and performance evaluations

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred but not required
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Familiarity with construction management software is a plus
