We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in Al Buraymi, Oman. This is a contract job with a salary of 1200$. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and leading the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead the sales team to achieve sales targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue
- Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with potential clients
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition
- Train and motivate the sales team to improve their performance
- Prepare sales forecasts and budgets, monitor progress, and report on results
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination of efforts

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Sales Manager in a similar industry (experience in Oman is preferred)
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a team
- Strong knowledge of market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
