We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team in Lom. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods. The ideal candidate will have experience in a professional bakery setting and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare doughs and batters according to recipes
- Bake breads, pastries, and other items in a timely manner
- Decorate and finish products as needed
- Ensure all products meet quality standards
- Maintain inventory of baking supplies and ingredients
- Clean and maintain work area and equipment
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting with orders and answering questions
- Collaborate with other team members to develop new products or improve existing ones

Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a bakery or similar setting
- Knowledge of different baking techniques and methods
- Ability to read and follow recipes accurately
- Attention to detail and ability to produce consistent quality products
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs)
- Excellent time management skills to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Salary:
1500$ per month.
