Land Surveyor for Real Estate Development in Albena

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our real estate development team in Albena. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys and measurements of land properties, analyzing and interpreting data, and providing accurate reports to support the development and construction process. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in land surveying, excellent knowledge of geospatial technology, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with other professionals.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys to determine property boundaries, topography, and features.
- Use advanced surveying equipment such as GPS, total stations, laser scanners, etc.
- Collect data and analyze it using specialized software.
- Prepare accurate reports and maps for decision-making purposes.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project goals are met.
- Review construction plans and provide recommendations for land use.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in surveying or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in land surveying.
- Proficiency in using surveying equipment and software.
- Knowledge of geospatial technology (GIS).
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written).
- Ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
