Data Analytics Specialist


Our fast-growing data analytics firm in Moscow is seeking a talented and motivated Data Analytics Specialist to join our team. As a Data Analytics Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that will drive business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct data analysis using various statistical and machine learning techniques
- Develop and maintain data models and databases
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven solutions
- Communicate complex findings in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in data analytics tools and techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to manipulate, analyze, and interpret large datasets
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, R or other programming languages
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Experience with statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and machine learning algorithms
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex findings to non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Data Science or related field
- Experience working with big data platforms such as Hadoop or Spark
- Knowledge of data privacy laws and regulations
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1000 USD per month for this position.
