Typesetter for Publishing Company


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Typesetter to join our publishing company in Izhevsk. As a Typesetter, you will be responsible for formatting and arranging text and images for various publications, ensuring they are visually appealing and easy to read.

Responsibilities:
- Format and arrange text and images for various publications such as books, magazines, and newspapers
- Use design software and tools to create layouts that are visually appealing
- Ensure consistency in font, style, and spacing throughout the publication
- Collaborate with editors and graphic designers to ensure the final product meets quality standards
- Proofread final layouts for errors before printing or publishing
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and software updates to improve efficiency

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Typesetter or similar role in publishing industry
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe InDesign, QuarkXPress, or similar programs
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
- Strong understanding of typography, layout design, and color theory
- Ability to collaborate with team members effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field preferred

Salary:
This is a contract job with a salary of 900$ per month. Accommodation will not be provided.
