Art Director - Al-Khor, Qatar


We are seeking a highly creative and talented Art Director to join our team in Al-Khor, Qatar. As an Art Director, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and overseeing the visual design of various projects, ensuring they align with the company's brand identity and objectives. This role requires strong leadership skills, as you will be managing a team of designers and collaborating with other departments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain the company's brand identity through visual design
- Conceptualize and execute creative ideas for print, digital, and multimedia projects
- Manage a team of designers, providing feedback and guidance to ensure high-quality work
- Collaborate with other departments to understand project objectives and deliver designs that meet their requirements
- Stay updated on industry trends and new design techniques to continuously improve our visual communication
- Oversee production process to ensure designs are delivered on time and within budget
- Ensure all designs adhere to branding guidelines and meet quality standards

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Art Director or similar role
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, etc.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present ideas effectively
- Experience managing a team of designers
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1500$ per month.

This job is located in Al-Khor, Qatar.

Preference:
This job is open to all nationalities but preference will be given to Indian candidates who are fluent in English. Visa sponsorship will be provided for the selected candidate.
