Architectural Technologist - Design and Drafting


We are in need of an experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team in Vianden. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for the design and drafting of architectural plans, ensuring they meet all necessary regulations and standards. This role requires strong attention to detail, technical knowledge, and creativity to bring our clients' visions to life.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to create detailed architectural drawings and plans
- Utilize CAD software to produce accurate and high-quality designs
- Conduct site visits and gather necessary information for design development
- Review building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations to ensure compliance
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and make necessary revisions to designs
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, materials, and construction methods

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or similar field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficient in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit)
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team

Salary: $900/month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Vianden
