Architectural Technologist - Part-time with Accommodation in Vianden, Luxembourg


We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Architectural Technologist to join our team in Vianden, Luxembourg. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for assisting with the design and development of architectural plans and drawings, working closely with architects and other team members to ensure projects are completed accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the creation of detailed architectural plans and drawings using Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software
- Collaborate with architects and other team members to develop innovative and functional designs
- Conduct site visits to gather information, take measurements, and assess project feasibility
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for materials, labor, and other project expenses
- Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure project deadlines are met
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in architectural design

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist or similar role
- Proficient in AutoCAD or similar CAD software
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
- Attention to detail and ability to meet project deadlines

This is a part-time position offering a competitive salary of 1000$ per month. The successful candidate will also be provided with accommodation in Vianden. We welcome candidates from all nationalities who meet the above requirements.
