Office Assistant
We are hiring an Office Assistant to join our team in Jerusalem. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be organized and detail-oriented, and have the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Maintain contact lists
- Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Book travel arrangements for staff
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Monitor office expenses and costs
- Provide general support to visitors
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary is a plus.
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Salary: 1700$ per month
