Moderator for Online Discussion Forum

As a Moderator for our online discussion forum, you will be responsible for maintaining a positive and engaging environment for our community members. Your main duties will include monitoring and managing user-generated content, enforcing community guidelines, and facilitating discussions among members.

We are looking for a candidate who is fluent in English and has experience moderating online forums or similar platforms. Preference will be given to candidates from the Philippines or Nepal, but all English-speaking applicants are encouraged to apply.

This is a part-time position with a salary of $1600 per month. The role also includes accommodation, as well as free visa and ticket expenses.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor user-generated content to ensure it aligns with community guidelines
- Engage with members to promote positive interactions and facilitate discussions
- Respond to member inquiries and feedback in a timely manner
- Identify and report any issues or violations of community guidelines
- Collaborate with team members to develop strategies to increase engagement and improve the overall community experience

Requirements:
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
- Previous experience moderating online forums or similar platforms preferred
- Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with diverse individuals
- Strong understanding of online etiquette and community guidelines
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Reliable access to internet connection
