As a Moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing online discussions, ensuring that all content and interactions align with our company's policies and values. This is a full-time position, with a salary of 1500$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor online discussions and ensure compliance with company policies
- Engage with community members and respond to their inquiries or concerns
- Remove inappropriate or offensive content as necessary
- Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement effective moderation strategies
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in online community management

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to handle difficult or sensitive situations tactfully
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their audience demographics
- Prior experience in community management or moderation is preferred but not required
- Must be able to work full-time in Los Angeles without accommodation
