Administrator for Multinational Corporation
We are a leading multinational corporation seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team in Ar-Ruwais. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative tasks and providing support to various departments within the company. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to handle a wide range of administrative duties including scheduling, data entry, and maintaining records. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1300$ per month.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and responding to emails
- Maintain accurate records and files for the company
- Assist with data entry and report generation as needed
- Coordinate meetings and events, including booking venues and arranging travel accommodations
- Act as a liaison between different departments within the company
- Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in an administrative role
- Excellent communication skills in English (proficiency in Malayalee or Kenyan dialects is a plus)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid own visa or ability to obtain one
- Previous experience working in a multinational corporation is preferred
