Project Manager (English speaking) - Contract Position in St. Petersburg


We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team in St. Petersburg on a contract basis. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and timelines, ensuring all deliverables are clearly defined and deadlines are met
- Oversee project budgets and resources, identifying potential risks and finding solutions to mitigate them
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and expectations, providing regular updates on project progress
- Lead project teams, assigning tasks and monitoring progress to ensure timely completion of all project phases
- Conduct quality control checks throughout the project lifecycle to ensure deliverables meet established standards
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, reports, and other relevant documents
- Identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements to increase efficiency and productivity

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Project Manager in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams towards common goals
- Proven experience in managing budgets, resources, timelines, and deliverables for successful projects
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
