Hotel Sales Manager for Indian Market in Siauliai

As a Hotel Sales Manager for the Indian market, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our hotel's services and facilities to potential Indian clients. Your main goal will be to increase revenue and occupancy rates by developing and maintaining strong relationships with travel agencies, tour operators, and corporate clients from India.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to target the Indian market and achieve revenue goals
- Identify potential clients through market research, networking, and cold calling
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision makers in the travel industry from India
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and other events to promote the hotel to Indian clients
- Negotiate contracts with travel agencies, tour operators, and corporate clients from India
- Collaborate with other departments within the hotel to ensure a seamless experience for Indian guests
- Monitor market trends and make recommendations for pricing strategies to stay competitive in the Indian market
- Prepare regular sales reports and present them to senior management
- Train and mentor junior sales staff on how to effectively sell our services to Indian clients

Requirements:
- Previous experience in hotel sales or a similar role targeting the Indian market
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication skills, including fluency in English (knowledge of an additional language spoken in India is a plus)
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Knowledge of cultural differences between India and Lithuania is preferred
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Willingness to occasionally travel for business purposes

Salary:
This is a contract position with a salary of 1100$ per month. Accommodation will be provided by the company.
