We are hiring a Teamlead to oversee a team of Filipino workers in Washington. As the Teamlead, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the daily activities of the team, ensuring that they meet their goals and targets. You will also be responsible for providing guidance and support to team members, resolving any issues or conflicts that may arise, and reporting progress to upper management.

Requirements:
- Fluent in Filipino language
- Experience in team leadership or management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise a team of Filipino workers
- Set clear goals and targets for the team
- Provide guidance, training, and support to team members
- Resolve any conflicts or issues within the team
- Monitor progress and provide regular reports to upper management
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve company goals

Salary: $1500 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Washington (Preference for candidates who already reside in Washington)
