We are in need of a skilled Puncher to join our team in Osijek, Croatia. As a Puncher, you will be responsible for operating various machinery and equipment to punch holes or shapes in metal, plastic, or other materials according to specifications. This is a full-time position requiring previous experience in a similar role and the ability to work with precision and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
- Operate punch press machines to produce high-quality punched parts
- Read and interpret blueprints and specifications to determine punching requirements
- Set up and adjust machines for each job according to material type and thickness
- Inspect finished parts for accuracy and quality, making adjustments as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Puncher or similar role
- Proficient with reading blueprints and using measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers
- Ability to lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs)
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision

Salary:
$1000 per month (negotiable based on experience)
