Facade Specialist
A leading construction company in Ufa is seeking a skilled Facade Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in facade design and installation, with a strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently. As a Facade Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction and installation of facades on various projects. This includes coordinating with architects, engineers and other team members to ensure the highest quality of work is achieved. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining safety standards throughout the project and ensuring that deadlines are met.

Responsibilities:
- Design and implement facade systems according to project specifications
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other team members to ensure project requirements are met
- Oversee the installation of facades on various construction projects
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure high standards are met
- Maintain safety standards throughout the project
- Ensure deadlines are met by monitoring progress and addressing any issues that may arise

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in facade design and installation
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members
- Knowledge of safety standards related to facades
- Ability to read blueprints and specifications
- Proficiency in relevant software programs such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field preferred

Salary: $1600 per month
Location: Ufa, Russia (Indian candidates preferred)
